Tristan Dunn '23 - Head Editor

Tristan is a senior majoring in German studies and minoring in Bilingual Education. He has participated in the German Department at William & Mary as a Teacher Assistant, a grader, a conductor of German House events, and as the head editor of Die Zeitung. In addition, he was a participant of the 2018 Virginia Governor’s German Academy and the Summer 2022 Berlin study abroad program with Freie Universität Berlin. His interests include music of any language and its relation to culture, as well as the context of Berlin and techno music, Expressionism and horror, and the diversity of German cultural studies. Sarah Colitrano '25 - English Editor

Sarah is a sophomore majoring in Computer Science and minoring in German Studies. Her interests include playing volleyball, practicing calligraphy, listening to music, and working in technical theatre. Reach Sarah at scolitrano@wm.edu









Hazel Rose Hubbard '23 - German Editor

Hazel Rose is a senior majoring in German Studies with a minor in Management and Organizational Leadership. She has worked as a teaching assistant in the German department. Hazel's interests include memoir, East German History, her cats, and collecting sea glass.
 


Audrey Thronson '23 - Social Media Manager


Audrey is a senior majoring in International Relations and German Studies. On campus, she is on the executive board of the International Relations Club, works as a teaching assistant in the German department, and is involved in research. In German Studies, she is interested in German memory culture and film. She enjoys running, skiing, and baking.

 


Ember Rolf '26 - Website Manager


Ember is a freshman studying Government at William & Mary. She has taken German classes since high school, and intends to continue throughout her time in college. Her interests outside of German include language learning, reading, dance, and music. Reach her at egrolf@wm.edu.

 


Aisling Halliden '24 
Aisling is a junior double majoring in biology and German. She has been learning German for 9 years and has participated in the Middlebury German Immersion Program as well as the W&M Berlin Study Abroad Program at Freie Üniversität. She plans on going to Dental School after graduation.
